Working alongside the owner and principal, we serve clients with homes ranging from a 25,000 sq. ft. new build, to a historic town-home remodel, and homes needing a refresh. Daily tasks include sourcing FFE, requesting memos and quotes, invoicing clients and managing payments, placing and tracking FFE orders, drawing layouts and elevations in AutoCAD, and creating presentation documents for in-person and email proposals.
